The Mountains - Nørrebro Bjergerne
The Mountains is a public space installation we designed and built in collaboration with CoUrban. The project started as an exploration of how to bring marginalized voices into the design of public spaces. Working with Tagensbo Skole and Al Huda Skole, we conducted a series of design and build workshops, where a team of children designed the project using wood and glue, and built it over two weeks using hand tools. The play structure was made using recycled floor panels from the old dance floor at Fælleparken.
